IRVINE, Calif. (September 12, 2007) – Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP today announced three new attorneys, Jennifer R. McClure, Lisa J. Holmes and Jennifer Wood Dienhart, have joined the firm ’s growing real estate and environmental litigation practice group. McClure joins as special counsel, and Holmes and Dienhart as associates.
All three attorneys were previously employed at Nossaman, Guthner, Knox and Elliot LLP and will be located in Luce Forward’s temporary office space in Irvine, Calif. until the firm’s permanent Orange County office in the Irvine Business Complex is complete. The new office is led by John C. Murphy, George C. Rudolph and Joseph S. Stuart, new Luce Forward partners with extensive experience in Orange County.

McClure, who is experienced in litigating a broad range of complex civil litigation issues, specializes in the trial of eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters, including pre-condemnation delay and loss of business goodwill. In her practice, she has represented a variety of corporations, landowners and public agencies in real estate valuation law and environmental disputes.
Holmes, another eminent domain and real property litigation specialist, has prepared cases for trial in this area of focus. She has represented private landowners, business owners, commercial landlords, tenants and public agencies in the various phases of eminent domain litigation. In addition, Holmes has published numerous articles in this area of expertise and has been a speaker at several continuing education conferences and industry functions.
Dienhart’s practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on eminent domain, inverse condemnation and other complex business disputes. During her career, she has represented clients in disputes concerning contracts, unfair competition, real property, the sale of goods, fraud, corporate matters and breach of fiduciary duty. Dienhart is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association.
Both McClure and Dienhart earned their Juris Doctor degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). McClure received a Bachelor of Music degree from California State University, Long Beach and Dienhart received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego. Holmes received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, at Irvine.
