Manchester – 4 June – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Lawyers from DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary (“DLA Piper”) have advised the Mowlem plc and Innisfree Ltd consortium in a £56.6m deal which will see the construction of 13 primary schools.
The consortium is to design, build and operate the new schools at various locations throughout Barnsley. Funding was provided by Dexia Public Finance Bank, who were advised by Norton Rose.
