May 15th, 2007 – LawJobsPipeline.com – Law recruiters are booming along with the law jobs market generally, according to a recent survey from law firm Nabarro, which shows 87% of recruitment consultants increasing their turnover in the last year. Predicted growth rates were positive with 98% of respondents predicting growth over the next five years, with average growth over that period optimistically expected to be between 31% and 50%.
The main hindrance to growth is obtaining suitably qualified staff – a problem that is worldwide with the booming market for qualified lawyers. Over half of those surveyed quoted this as the single most important factor limiting the future growth of their business.
