Milbank, Tweed Advises American SI Group in Financing
MUNICH, August 2006 – LAWFUEL – Law News Network – American SI Group has sold their affiliate Chemtec Leuna Gesell-schaft für Chemie und Technologie mbH to Minafin S.A., France. The international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP acted as the advisor to American SI Group, a the leading pro-ducer of phenolic resins, alkylphenols, electronic specialty chemicals, and specialty coatings.
