This is the fourth consecutive year that Dorsey has been the top vote-getter in the magazine’s annual Legal Industry Research Study. The survey polled directors working in Minneapolis who serve on boards of publicly traded companies. Respondents were asked to choose the five local law firms that they would most likely select to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues.
