(Moscow, 15 May 2007) – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP announces that Dan Coppel has joined the firm’s Moscow office as a partner. He brings the number of partners based in Moscow to seven.
Dan is a transactional M&A lawyer and much of his work is cross-border in nature. He has significant experience of foreign direct investment and private equity work in Russia and other emerging markets. Additionally, Dan has advisory experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures and restructurings. Clients he has acted for recently include Russian and international companies, investment banks and other financial institutions.
Dan is an English qualified lawyer and is a member of the New York bar. He joins LeBoeuf Lamb from Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton’s London office.
