Prior to joining SimmonsCooper, Mr. Lesko litigated pharmaceutical,

firm in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Lesko dealt with a variety of technologies
ranging from drug delivery systems, to genetically modified crops, to simple
inventions such as produce bag dispensers. Mr. Lesko’s banner patent cases
include Crown Poly, Inc. vs. Unistar Plastics, LLC, Bunzl Distribution
California, LLC, and Bunzl Distribution USA, Inc. (C.D. Cal.) and CIMA Labs
Inc., and Schwarz Pharma Inc., vs. KV Pharmaceutical Inc. and ETHEX

Mr. Lesko was also instrumental in obtaining an important decision from
the Eastern District of Missouri which explains in detail to what extent
