New York, April 10, 2007 – LAWFUEL – Law Firm Newswire – Kaye Scholer LLP represented Jarden Corporation in the acquisition of Pure Fishing, Inc., a leading global provider of fishing tackle, lures, rods and reels. The purchase price included $300 million in cash, a $100 million note, warrants for Jarden common stock and additional contingent consideration.
