New York, April 8 – LAWFUEL – – The Law News Network – Clay Pierce has joined Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP as a partner in the firm’s litigation department, concentrating his practice in commercial and false advertising matters. Previously a partner at Salans, he has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts in New York and numerous other jurisdictions.
Mr. Pierce graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif. He earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia College.
Mr. Pierce is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
