NEW YORK, August 1, 2006 – LAWFUEL – Law News Network – Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today the addition of five attorneys to the firm’s Real Estate Department in the New York office. Raymond A. Sanseverino, Richard A. Nardi and Kenneth W. Sold join as Partners. Ian Silver and Siobhan Green are joining as Associates. All five attorneys were previously with the law firm Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP. Mr. Sanseverino had been chair of Brown Raysman’s commercial real estate leasing group and will chair Loeb & Loeb’s commercial real estate leasing group.

Raymond A. Sanseverino concentrates on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis in leasing, brokerage and conveyancing transactions. He represents both landlords and tenants in the leasing of all types of real estate, including office and retail space. He also represents sellers and purchasers of all types of real estate and real estate brokers and owners in connection with commission and agency agreements and commission claims.

Currently, Mr. Sanseverino is landlord’s counsel at sixteen office buildings, including those at One World Financial Center (New York, NY), 17 State Street (New York, NY), 375 Park Avenue (the Seagram Building, New York, NY), 390 Park Avenue (Lever House, New York, NY), 875 Third Avenue (New York, NY) and Harborside Financial Center (Jersey City, NJ). Mr. Sanseverino also represents such companies as Mellon Financial Group, Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company and The Thomson Corporation, as tenants.

Mr. Sanseverino is President of the Franklin & Marshall College Alumni Association and is a member of its Board of Directors and of the Board’s executive committee. He previously served as chair of the Board’s Development & Philanthropy Committee, and as Treasurer and Vice President of the Association. Mr. Sanseverino is also an ex officio member of Franklin & Marshall College’s Board of Trustees. He is listed in Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2005 and 2006.

He received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law (1972) [Articles Editor, Fordham Law Review, 1971-1972] and his A.B. from Franklin & Marshall College (1968).

Richard A. Nardi concentrates on commercial real estate law. He has significant experience in a wide variety of transactions, including commercial leasing, the complex sale of businesses, property acquisitions, real estate development and redevelopment, multi-million and billion dollar financing and sale of loans, and acting as Liquidating Bankruptcy Trustee in the sale of a large development site. He represents all types of public and private businesses, including major international financial institutions and oil companies, universities, and public libraries.

Mr. Nardi is a member of the International Association of Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate. He is currently Counsel of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, Inc., for which he has served as President and on the Board of Governors. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Stewart Title Insurance Company and was previously on the Advisory Board of the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Nardi received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law (1979) [Commentary Editor of Law Review] and his A.B., summa cum laude, from Fordham College (1976).

Kenneth W. Sold concentrates on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales. He has extensive experience representing owners of commercial property in their leasing programs, and has acted as national leasing counsel for financial services firms.

Mr. Sold received his J.D., cum laude, Brooklyn Law School (1981) [Second Circuit Review Editor, Brooklyn Law Review, 1980-1981] and his B.A. from SUNY Binghamton, New York (1978).

Ian Silver focuses on office, retail and industrial leasing and subleasing; the purchase and sale of office, industrial and high-end residential property and representing borrowers in mortgage financing and refinancing transactions.

Mr. Silver received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark (1999) and participated in an accelerated BS/MBA program at the State University of New York at Buffalo, receiving his M.B.A. in Finance (1989) and his B.S. in Management (1988).

Siobhan Green represents landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of office, commercial and retail leases, lease amendments and surrender agreements.

Ms. Green received her J.D., from Fordham University School of Law (2002) [Associate Editor of International Law Journal] and her B.S. from Manhattan College (1994).
