NEW YORK, December 8, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced today that Neil Novikoff has joined the firm as Shareholder in the Corporate & Securities department in the New York office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Novikoff was a partner at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher. Mr. Novikoff’s experience includes unsolicited and negotiated mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, venture capital investments, and general corporate & securities law matters.
