Dickey, Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cumulus Media Inc., and an affiliate of Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity in connection with the execution of a definitive merger agreement under which the investor group will acquire Cumulus in a transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion.
