New York – June 15, 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Business & Newswire – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Babcock & Brown in its definitive merger agreement to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Coinmach Service Corp., a leading supplier of outsourced laundry equipment services for multi-family housing properties in North America, for approximately US$713 million (EV approximately US$1,331 million plus transaction costs).
