NEW YORK – Loree J. Shelko has joined the New York office of McGuireWoods LLP as an associate in the firm’s Complex Products Liability and Mass Tort Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on defending corporations in toxic tort, environmental, and products liability cases at the state and federal level, and in administrative and regulatory proceedings.
She was previously assistant general counsel with Ogden Energy Group, Inc. (now known as Covanta Energy, Inc.). She received her law and bachelor’s degrees from Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
