NEW YORK, March 28 Lawfuel – Law Firm News — Epstein Becker & Green announced
today the addition of seven lawyers to its nationally recognized real
estate practice, further expanding one of the Firm’s core practice areas.

Adrian Zuckerman, formerly head of the New York real estate practice at Lowenstein Sandler PC, and former deputy general counsel of Helmsley Spear Inc., and six additional lawyers from the Lowenstein firm have joined EBG, where they will continue to focus on complex real estate transactions and
litigation. Zuckerman will lead the efforts of the Firm’s New York-based
real estate attorneys and become co-chair of the National Real Estate
Steering Committee.

Maxine Hicks, managing partner of the Atlanta office and chair of the
National Real Estate Steering Committee, said: “We are all very
enthusiastic about Adrian and his team joining the real estate group. They will provide even greater breadth and depth to our real estate legal
services, both in New York and across the country. Moreover, as co-chair of the steering committee, Adrian will help guide the Firm’s National Real
Estate Practice.”

George Sape, EBG’s managing partner, remarked: “The addition of Adrian
Zuckerman and his team of real estate lawyers represents a significant
expansion of EBG’s ability to service its existing clients’ real estate
needs, and provides an important boost to the Firm’s national initiative to provide that area of expertise as part of its larger business strategy to be the ‘go to’ firm in this area. EBG has embarked upon a multi-year strategy to expand its practice capabilities nationally into five core practice areas, of which real estate is one of the key components. Adrian’s proven track-record of both building and managing a significant real estate practice at his former firm will now be part of EBG’s growing presence in this field.”

In addition to Real Estate, EBG’s five core practice groups also
include Business Law, Health Care and Life Sciences, Labor and Employment, and Litigation.

EBG’s National Real Estate Law Practice Group represents clients in
transactions involving the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and
financing of commercial and multi-family real estate throughout the United
States. Real estate projects include office buildings, retail centers,
large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, apartment and
condominium complexes, hotels, hospitals, assisted-living facilities,
industrial facilities, warehouses, restaurants and timberlands.

The group is recognized nationally for expertise in representing
developers and lenders of large, master-planned communities, resorts and
golf course developments in projects throughout the United States and
abroad. The group also handles the real estate-related litigation,
including acquisition and development disputes, title claims, construction
issues, landlord/tenant disputes, bankruptcy claims, and eminent domain
matters.

“My colleagues and I are very excited to be joining Epstein Becker &
Green and be a part of its outstanding real estate practice,” said
Zuckerman. “With offices across the country, we are ideally positioned to
offer clients matchless legal services.”

In addition to Zuckerman, joining EBG from Lowenstein Sandler as
