(NEW YORK) March 7, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Brian Andreoli, a prominent attorney who concentrates in international tax law, will join the leading law firm DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP, the law firm announces.
Mr. Andreoli, who was formerly with Duane Morris, will be a partner in DLA
Piper’s tax practice group and will be based in the New York office.

Mr. Andreoli’s arrival at DLA Piper is the latest milestone in the firm’s

Brian Andreoli has been a tax professional for more than 25 years. In his
practice he focuses on corporate tax planning, tax controversy and audit
defense, primarily concerning transfer pricing issues, international tax
matters, and state tax matters. In addition he handles voluntary disclosure
cases with the state and federal government.
He headed a corporate tax department for over 15 years, where he was also
tax counsel. Mr. Andreoli was also an International Tax Principal with Ernst
& Young.
He is admitted before the bars of Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and
the District of Columbia, the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court,
and several federal district courts. Mr. Andreoli is also a Certified
Public Accountant.
He is also known as a frequent speaker on international tax issues and
transfer pricing matters in the United States, the United Kingdom, and
Canada and has spoken on state tax issues in the United States.
