New York, NY— 2 June – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – The New York office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP (K&LNG) welcomes Douglas F. Broder as a partner in the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice. Broder comes to K&LNG from Nixon Peabody LLP, where he headed the firm’s antitrust practice.
Broder’s practice includes providing antitrust counsel to national and international clients in a wide variety of industries, as well as assisting clients in obtaining antitrust clearance for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He also litigates antitrust matters, including criminal matters, as well as insurance coverage, securities and other commercial cases.
Broder has written extensively on the subject of antitrust. His most recent book, “Guide to U.S. Antitrust Law,” explains U.S. antitrust laws to European lawyers and business interests and was just published in Europe by Sweet & Maxwell.
