public offering of $100 million of its common stock and listing of the
common stock for trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker
symbol “ORA.”
On November 16, 2004, Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ORA) announced the
closing of the sale of 7,187,500 shares of common stock in its initial
public offering. The proceeds from the offering net of underwriting
discounts and commissions was US$100,265,625.
