New York, NY— LAWFUEL – Legal News Network – The New York office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP (K&LNG) welcomes Marc J. Veilleux to its commercial finance practice. Veilleux comes to the firm from Nixon Peabody LLP.

Veilleux’s practice includes securitizations of mortgage loans, non-performing assets, corporate bonds and loans, private equity fund interests, equity securities, trade receivables and other finance assets. He also has represented clients in warehouse lending programs and structured investment and funding programs. His significant international experience includes emerging-markets future-flow securitizations and structured commodity and trade financings.
