Borzone focuses his practice on investment management, with an emphasis on representing managers and distributors of college savings programs and registered investment companies. He has counseled clients in matters concerning the structuring and operation of college savings programs as well as fund structure and compliance, preferred stock offerings, tender offers and closed-end fund proxy contests.
