Hollingsworth’s practice focuses on venture capital and private equity matters, including representing sponsors that are organizing and forming private equity funds and funds of funds and institutional investors that are investing in private equity funds, funds of funds and hedge funds.
In addition to his private equity practice, Hollingsworth has a full complement of corporate and transactional experiences in both the private company and public company contexts. He represents emerging growth companies, including software, telecommunications and medical device companies, and has extensive experience in venture capital financings, corporate partnering transactions, strategic investments, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.
