November 10, 2006 (Mountain View and San Francisco, CA) – LAWFUEL – Legal News Network – Fenwick & West LLP represented its long-time client Good Technology, Inc. in its recently announced acquisition by Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT). Good Technology is a leader in enterprise wireless handheld computing software and services. The acquisition will extend Motorola’s mobile computing capabilities and increase the company’s enterprise client base. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and is expected to close in early 2007.
