WASHINGTON, D.C. (LAWFUEL) — March 10, 2009 Ober|Kaler announced today that David A. Edelstein has joined the firm’s Complex Civil Litigation practice in the D.C. office. Mr. Edelstein focuses his practice on business disputes and creditors’ rights litigation in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Ober|Kaler, Mr. Edelstein was an associate in the litigation practice of Cunningham & Associates, PLC in Arlington, Virginia. Before that, he served as an intern in the Litigation/Dispute Resolution Department at Lovells in Paris.
Mr. Edelstein is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2007) and Northwestern University (B.A., 2004). He resides in Washington, D.C.
