O’Hare, a principal in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, has been named to the 2010 edition of DC Super Lawyers in the Health Care category. He has been selected to appear in Super Lawyers every year since 2007.
A principal in Ober|Kaler’s Health Law and Nonprofits Groups, Mr. O’Hare focuses on health care transactions, business and tax planning, joint ventures and other relationships among hospitals and between physicians and hospitals. He also handles the general representation of nonprofit corporations serves as general counsel to several national charities.
Mr. O’Hare is active in the American Health Lawyers Association and is a past board member of the D.C.-based nonprofit Food & Friends. He holds degrees from Stanford University Law School (J.D., 1971) and Brown University (B.A., 1968), and is a resident of Potomac, Maryland.
