Philadelphia, PA, April 9, 2007– LAWFUEL – Law Firm Newswire – Michael S. Harrington, Esq. , was recently selected to serve as Co-Chair of the Corporate Department of Fox Rothschild LLP. Harrington will serve as Co-Chair along with Michael J. Kline, Esq., who has chaired the Corporate Department for the last seven years.
Harrington joined Fox Rothschild in 1997 and for the last seven years has led the firm’s initiative to develop a nationally recognized and respected technology and life sciences practice. In his new role, Harrington will share responsibility with Kline for managing the firm’s nearly 100 lawyer corporate practice, which encompasses all 14 of Fox’s offices and includes the firm’s technology, intellectual property, securities, M&A, health law, franchising, gaming, insurance, and public finance practice groups. In addition, Harrington along with Kline will assist the firm’s management in continuing the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, both nationally and in each of the firm’s regions. Kline is resident in the Princeton and Philadelphia offices.
Harrington is a member of Fox Rothschild’s Executive Committee and serves as the Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Chester County office located in Exton, PA.
