The ABA’s AIDS Coordinating Committee educates judges, lawyers, and other legal professionals about the complex legal issues surrounding HIV/AIDS, and develops ABA policies to address them. The committee organizes the ABA’s HIV/AIDS-related activities, develops policy recommendations, and encourages new ABA-sponsored HIV/AIDS-related programs.
