Pittsburgh, Pa. – April 11, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Pepper Hamilton LLP announced that Dusty Elias Kirk, a partner in the Pittsburgh office, has been named co-chair of the law firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Ms. Kirk concentrates her practice on all aspects of real estate development, with an emphasis on real estate litigation, including real estate tax assessment appeals, land use and zoning appeals, and eminent domain proceedings.
Ms. Kirk is a member of the Board of Governors of the Allegheny County Bar Association and assistant treasurer of the Council for the Real Property Section of the ACBA.
She also serves as chair of Family Link, part of the Resource Network of the American Diabetes Association of Western Pennsylvania; chair of the board of directors of Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania; and secretary of the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Western Pennsylvania.
Ms. Kirk co-chairs Pepper’s Real Estate Practice Group with Norman B. Berlin of the Philadelphia office.
