PORTLAND, Ore. LAWFUEL – Legal News Network, Law Jobs –Senior intellectual property lawyer Paula Holm Jensen has joined Tonkon Torp to co-chair the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Holm Jensen’s practice emphasizes license agreements, copyright and trademark activities, and all types of technology transactions. She has over a decade of experience representing companies from start-ups to Fortune 1000 businesses in the software, semiconductor, display, e-commerce, data services, Internet and telecommunications industries.
Holm Jensen most recently was principal of Holm Jensen Law LLC, which she founded in 2003. She and Tonkon Torp partner Vicki A. Ballou will co-chair the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Holm Jensen graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1994 and earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University. She is admitted to the bar in Oregon, California and Washington. Since 2005, Holm Jensen has been honored as one of The Best Lawyers in America® for information technology law. She has served on the Entrepreneur Services Committee of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum since 2003.
