NEW YORK, September 15, 2025 – Proskauer announced today the addition of a four partner Leveraged Finance team to its market-leading Global Finance practice. The addition of the new team and the opening of a Charlotte office reflect the Firm’s continued commitment to advising clients across the full spectrum of credit solutions. The launch is led by partners Ron Lovelace, Patrick Yingling, Jared Zajac and Joey Polonsky.
Charlotte, the nation’s second largest banking center, is home to many leading financial institutions and alternative credit providers. Expanding to the region enhances Proskauer’s strategy to grow its Global Finance and related practices, enabling the Firm to better serve clients in one of the fastest-moving markets in the U.S.

Jared Zajac advises financial institutions, funds and borrowers on leveraged lending, acquisition financings and restructurings. Jared earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
