The publication is a leading monthly magazine for lawyers, covering news of the most successful firms in the U.S.
The survey polled associates at 185 firms across the nation on areas that contribute to workplace satisfaction. Among the key issues addressed in the survey were interest and satisfaction levels in work, relations with coworkers, family friendliness, benefits, compensation and the firm’s attitude toward pro bono work.
