This year’s edition marks the premiere issue of Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, which highlights the top attorneys around the country who previously were honored in Super Lawyers listings in the states where they practice. Mr. Rose has earned a spot on the Texas Super Lawyers list each year since 2005.

To compile the Texas Super Lawyers list, researchers survey approximately 70,000 lawyers in Texas, asking them to nominate the best attorneys they have personally observed in action. Nominees are grouped into more than 60 practice areas, and a blue-ribbon panel then review the nominees. In the end, fewer than five percent of lawyers in Texas receive the honor each year.
