Santa Monica, CA (July 20, 2007) – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Boutique litigation firm Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert (KWIKA) announced today its third associate hire this year. Jonathan P. Steinsapir joins the firm from the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella. Over the past six months the firm has drawn two other highly regarded associates into its ranks.

Steinsapir comes to the firm with a background in a wide-array of intellectual property matters, particularly in patent and copyright disputes. Steinsapir received his J.D. from UCLA in 2002, 5th in Class, Order of the Coif. Steinsapir served as law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Associate Amber B. Holley joined the firm in April from O’Melveny & Meyers, where she handled a broad range of complex litigation matters. Her areas of practice at KWIKA include entertainment, copyright, contract and other commercial disputes. Holley received her A.B. from Stanford University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2003.
Chad R. Fitzgerald joined the firm in February from the Business and Legal Affairs Department at Universal Pictures. He has extensive experience representing talent, distribution and production entities, agencies and various corporate clients in both entertainment and business disputes and transactions. Fitzgerald received his J.D from UCLA School of Law in 2001. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable J. Spencer Letts, U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
The firm also recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, having set up shop together in April 2006.
