PHOENIX (LAWFUEL) – Orin Ray Antone, 34, of Scottsdale, Ariz. and a member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Tribe, was sentenced yesterday to 37 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Mary H. The victim, who was unarmed, sustained serious bodily injury and was hospitalized but eventually recovered from his injuries. Antone was later arrested at his residence by Salt River Police Officers. The weapon was never recovered.
