Mr. Weiss has built a substantial practice focused on the convergence of entertainment and technology. He is a member of the firm’s Technology & Intellectual Property (IP) Transactions practice and Media and Entertainment industry group and is based in Century City.

Mr. Weiss has extensive experience representing motion picture, television, video game, mobile, Internet, cable, telecommunications, music, toy and multimedia companies on their cutting edge transactions. He regularly counsels clients in the entertainment, media and technology industries on a broad range of matters involving the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, fair use, infringement, privacy, piracy, advertising, gaming and unfair competition issues.
