Skadden is advising crypto trading platform Crypto.com on its definitive agreement with Yorkville Acquisition Corp. and Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. for a business combination to establish Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., a digital asset treasury company focused on acquisition of the native cryptocurrency token of the Cronos ecosystem (CRO).
At the business combination’s closing, Trump Media Group CRO Strategy will be majority-owned by Crypto.com, Yorkville and Trump Media, together as founding partners. Christopher Barlow and Lorenzo Corte are leading the Skadden team.
