Texas Law – New Law Firm Website Serves as Texas Estate, Probate Resource

TYLER, Texas – LawFuel.com – Cowles & Thompson, P.C., is pleased to announce the new “Texas Estate & Probate Disputes” Web site (www.TexasEstateDisputes.com) created by Dallas and Tyler, Texas, members of the law firm’s Probate Litigation Section to serve as a resource for trust departments, financial advisors and estate planning attorneys, as well as Texans who may be facing their own estate planning decisions.

The Web site provides timely information and insight on recent developments in probate dispute law that can impact trust or estate administration, guardianship and heirship issues, will and estate disputes, information for executors, and relevant tips and advice. It also includes a section devoted to helping stop the financial exploitation of seniors, offering information designed to recognize and minimize risk.

“There are multiple layers of content at TexasEstateDisputes.com,” says Steve Spitzer, managing shareholder of the Tyler office of Cowles & Thompson and head of the firm’s Probate Litigation Section. “We will be keeping an eye on probate litigation which could have a far-reaching impact, but we are also providing information that families can use to protect their loved ones and answer questions concerning the probate process, wills, the role of an executor, guardianships and more.”

The Web site highlights the litigation experience of the members of the firm’s Probate Litigation Section. Content is provided by Mr. Spitzer, along with partner Glenda Brewer and associate Scott Meyer.

The group’s estate litigation experience includes will contests, trust disputes, guardianship disputes, cases involving removal of executors and trustees, heirship determinations, and any other contested probate, estate, guardianship and trust matter.
