District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of
purchasers of CIT Group, Inc. (“CIT” of the “Company”) (NYSE:CIT)
common stock during the period between April 18, 2007 and March 5, 2008
(the “Class Period”). The complaint charges CIT and certain of its
officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act
