Later today we will issue a press release with details on the arrest of Wesley Snipes his initial appearance in Federal Court in Ocala, Florida. I can confirm that Mr. Snipes flew in from overseas and voluntarily surrendered to IRS agents this morning. He was then transported to the Ocala Federal Courthouse where he will make his initial appearance at 10:30 a.m. this morning.
