TOPIC: President Bush signed a bill last week that approves 700 miles of fencing to be erected along the U.S.-Mexico border, according to an article by The Associated Press. The cost of the fencing project is unknown. Bush has yet to hear back from Congress regarding his guest worker program, which would allow illegal immigrants the chance to become U.S. citizens.
