Jean Gagnon specializes in corporate taxation, specifically in tax issues arising from public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, pension plans and investment funds. Mr. Gagnon received his LL.B. from the University of Sherbrooke in 1987 and was called to the Québec Bar in 1989. He also received a Masters in Taxation from University of Sherbrooke in 1990. Prior to joining Blakes, Mr. Gagnon was a partner at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Montréal.
