(Hackensack, NJ – April 10, 2018) – Pashman Stein Walder Hayden announced today the firm’s executive committee elected Tracy Julian to serve as Chair of the Family Law Group. Julian is a partner in the firm’s Family Law and Commercial Litigation Groups and Co-Head of the firm’s Red Bank office. She joined the firm from Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper in February 2017.
Julian’s practice focuses on family law and business litigation where she represents clients in all phases of litigation, arbitration and mediation. Her family law practice serves clients in a wide range of matters including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, and child custody. She also has significant experience in commercial litigation and has handled numerous matters involving LLC and limited partnership disputes. Julian is a qualified family law mediator able to assist clients in resolving their differences through mediation, a more amicable alternative to litigation.

In addition to traditional matrimonial issues, Julian often assists clients to navigate the impact of divorce upon closely owned businesses. She frequently handles matters involving dissolution of commercial entities, buy-outs, and the challenges of planning to operate a family business post-divorce. These cases can require business valuations, assessment of true cash flow and income, and sometimes even negotiation of employment terms for former spouses once a divorce is final.
The Honorable Ronny Jo Siegal, who served as a Judge of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part in both Bergen and Passaic Counties for eight years, joined the Family Law Group of Pashman Stein in the fall of 2017. Associates in the Family Law Group include Valerie Jules McCarthy and Linda Torosian, a former family therapist.

Julian earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S. from James Madison University, where she graduated cum laude. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza, Superior Court of New Jersey, in Monmouth County.
