Two Holland & Knight Boston Partners Named Leading Business Lawyers by Chambers USA
BOSTON – June 1, 2005 – Holland & Knight LLP is pleased to announce that Boston partners Gael Mahony and John Monaghan have been named leading attorneys by Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers 2005-2006. The firm has a total of 58 lawyers listed this year.
Gael Mahony practices in the firm’s Litigation Section and specializes in complex business litigation across industries. His experience covers a broad range of complex business litigation including securities fraud, business torts, product liability, intellectual property, antitrust and contract disputes. He also specializes in appellate representation.
John Monaghan is the National Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. He focuses his practice on representing major case participants in complex commercial Chapter 11 cases. He advises clients on the business aspects of bankruptcy and workouts, and represents clients in matters in the Bankruptcy Court as well as in other state and federal courts.
