Legal blog RollonFriday have released their survey of the best firms in the UK to work based on their survey across over 7500 lawyers and paid professionals in the ‘satisfaction survey’.
The survey evaluated each firm’s pay, career development, management, culture, work/life balance, and office amenities.
Burges Salmon took the top spot for the second year in a row with the happiest workforce, praised for its culture and work/life balance.
Sidley Austin came in second for the second year running, offering high pay and satisfaction.
Ropes & Gray also made the top 10, placing 7th.
Bird & Bird was the top UK firm in the City, in joint third position, climbing the charts from 18th in 2021 and 16th in 2022.
Mid-sized City firms dominated the top 10 with Trowers & Hamlins and Osborne Clarke in joint 5th, Addleshaw Goddard in joint 8th, and RPC in 10th.
