The New Zealand Law Society’s webinar on Unconscious Bias has evidently been a major hit, with the Law Society reporting over 2300 views of the webinar, which can be seen here.
The move reflects the Law Society’s increasing focus upon addressing serious issues of sexual harassment and bias in the workplace and is seeking to achieve at least 30% of the legal profession being covered by the Gender Equality Charter by April. Currently, there are 110 charter signatories.
