Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Mr. Fussell clerked for the Honorable David Folsom of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Fussell was an engineer and consultant with FTN & Associates of Little Rock, AR.
Mr. Fussell received his LLM in intellectual property from George Washington University Law School in 2004; his J.D., with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2003; and his B.S., with honors, in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 1999. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
