George C. Chen, Phoenix
George Chen is a registered patent attorney. His practice includes litigation, licensing, counseling and prosecution of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, Internet, cybersquatting and other intellectual property matters. He has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and various United States District Courts. Additionally, he has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications and negotiated technology, trade secret and patent licenses with Fortune 500 companies. In 2005, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association selected him as one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40.” Chen currently serves on the Arizona Governor’s Asian-American Advisory Council. In the past, he served as president of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Maricopa County Bar Association. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and is a co-inventor of four United States patents. Prior to becoming an attorney, Chen worked as a device and process development engineer and a patent agent for Motorola Inc.
Nicholas Cherryman, London
Nick Cherryman specializes in international litigation and arbitration involving complex and multijurisdictional disputes. In recent years, his practice has largely focused on disputes emanating from Russia and CIS. Cherryman also has a breadth of international experience related to corporate disputes, insolvencies, trusts, fiduciary duties, fraud and asset tracing. As a barrister called to the Bar in England, Cherryman both advises clients and appears on their behalf in court, including appearances in the highest courts in England, from the High Court and the Court of Appeal to the House of Lords (the equivalent of the Supreme Court in the United States). Stephanie M. Hosler, St. Louis
Stephanie Hosler has experience with a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including formation of a venture capital fund, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate formation, general commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. Prior to law school, Hosler served as an associate at LEK Alcar, an international consulting firm that specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
Keith J. Kehrer, St. Louis
Keith Kehrer’s practice focuses on issues related to tax-exempt organizations. Kehrer has advised numerous tax-exempt organizations on a variety of tax-related issues under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code, including issues related to public charities, the organization, qualification, combination, merger and dissolution of tax-exempt organizations, lobbying, private inurement and excess benefit, and unrelated business income. Jennifer S. Kingston, St. Louis
Jennifer Kingston’s practice focuses on litigating complex commercial lawsuits, product liability lawsuits and class action lawsuits. She has significant experience in all phases of litigation from pre-trial discovery and motion practice through appeal. She has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution. Kingston is one of two St. Louis coordinators in the firm’s Trial Training Program. K. Lee Marshall, St. Louis
Lee Marshall has an active litigation practice with an emphasis on appellate and intellectual property matters. He has tried numerous cases and presented oral argument before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and Federal Circuits, as well as the Missouri and Illinois Courts of Appeals. Outside of work, Marshall is an adjunct professor of law at Washington University, where he founded and teaches the Appellate Clinic.
