Washington, DC LAWFUEL – Law firm, legal, law, attorney news — Jean E. Minarick, formerly an associate in Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP’s (K&L) investment management practice, has returned to the firm as of counsel, resident in the Washington office.

Minarick previously served the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Investment Management and in the Office of Compliance and Inspections. She returned to private practice in 2003. Minarick will work again with K&L’s investment management group.
