Washington, DC—LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – The Washington office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP (K&LNG) announces the addition of H. Russell Frisby, Jr. as a partner in its telecommunications practice. Frisby comes to the firm from CompTel, where he was chief executive officer and acting chief legal officer.

Frisby focuses his practice on regulatory and corporate matters affecting public utilities and companies in the communications and technology industries. He has extensive experience representing clients before the Federal Communications Commission, state utility commissions and federal courts, as well as testifying before Congress.
