White & Case, Feddersen Advises Legal & General Ventures Limited On Sale Of Tally AG To Genicom
Frankfurt, August 11, 2003 …White & Case, Feddersen today announced it served as legal adviser to private equity firm Legal & General Ventures Limited on the sale of German computer printer manufacturer Tally AG to U.S. competitor Genicom.
Tally AG was jointly owned by Tally management and Legal & General Ventures Limited. Genicom is part of New York’s equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners’ portfolio. Both parties agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price.
The other members of the White & Case team included Frankfurt partners Dr. Christoph Papenheim and Dr. Holger Ensslin. The sale closed on July 31, 2003.
