Two-year-olds are not exactly the target audience even for most personal injury lawyers, notwithstanding the vast array of human activity that group cover.

But for Louisiana personal injury attorney Morris Bart, it is his commercial that throws two-year-old Grayson into a state of excitement to the point where his mother had a tee shirt printed with the lawyer’s face on it, together with his birthday cake too, of course.

“He’s always been very drawn to Morris Bart commercials,” Grayson’s mother told the Wall Street Journal‘s Law Blog. “He used to watch ABC and color videos, and he used to love those. But now he wants to watch Morris Bart commercials.”

Morris Bart is a fixture for his New Orleans-area television spots with his signature “One Call, That’s All!” tagline and the low-key background music.

So out with Spiderman and captain America and in with personal attorney Morris Bart. Does this herald a whole new chapter in the life of Morris Bart’s law firm? A movie career for the attorney, perhaps?

Sadly not. He couldn’t even make the birthday party, instead sending an 8-by-10 picture of himself, for Grayson’s bedroom wall presumably.
